About the Role
The Social Media Manager will play a critical role in communicating our brand’s vision, values, and purpose through effective use of social media platforms. You will lead our strategy to increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement while effectively managing our various online communities. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a knack for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics tools to enhance strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create coordinated strategies that enhance brand presence.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to inform our social media efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing for campaigns to determine the optimal strategies for audience engagement.
- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns that align with our brand’s image and strategy.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their user demographics, and analytics.
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences, engagement, and overall brand presence.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
- Experience with social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of current digital trends and best practices.
